This new portfolio of managed properties is owned by Healthcare Trust Inc. (HTI), a non-traded real estate investment trust based in Carlsbad, CA, focusing primarily on healthcare-related assets.
The new HTI properties include:

- Arcadian Cove, Richmond, Kentucky (Assisted Living)
- The Atrium, Rockford, Illinois (Memory Care)
- Liberty Court, Dixon, Illinois (Assisted Living & Memory Care)
- Ramsey Woods, Cudahy, Wisconsin (Assisted Living & Memory Care)
This brings the total number of HTI communities managed by Senior Housing Management to nine.
