serves as the CEO of that company and property.
Senior Housing Management works to make each CEO
successful through mentoring, training and more
training:
- Manager Training and support – Monthly
residence meetings
- Immersion in Red Carpet Treatment.
- Enhanced value of “Can-Do”/”No Job is too
Small” Culture.
- Establish “Friend for Life” program.
- Resident “Familiar Face” back-up and support
plans.
- Resident Meetings (Held at least twice per
year.).
- Conduct and share Annual Survey for Residents
and Families.
- Meet face to face with Families and Residents
whenever needed.
- Annual Budgetary meetings with
Family/Residents.
- In-depth Human Resource Management.

Regional Management |

The Regional Manager of Senior Housing Management
supports each Community. Support and involvement
creates a focus and synergy for the multiple
Communities served by the Regional Manager which in
turn elevates the expertise and experience of every
community. Each onsite Manager benefits from monthly
meetings with all Managers from all the Senior
Housing Management Communities and their support
staff. |

Asset
Management |
|

Evaluation of each opportunity is the hallmark of
good asset management and business as usual at
Senior Housing Management. Each individual property
faces Asset Management decisions that owners can
work through in consultation with Senior Housing
president Allen Phillips. Consistent communication
and quarterly reports allow owners to evaluate and
provide the direction needed to grow the business.
Senior Housing Management offers on-going Asset
Management:
- Monthly Communication.
- Quarterly Business Review.
- Annual Shareholder meetings (If applicable).
- Development of Capital Asset Plans (as
needed).
- Lender relationship support.
- Liability Insurance support.
- Carry 3rd Party Crime Insurance.
- Carry Professional Liability Insurance.
